• Wallet addresses — public blockchain wallet addresses you submit for raffle entry, collection verification, or role gating.
• Raffle and giveaway activity — entries, winners, currency balances, and related transaction records within our raffle systems.
• Usage data — pages visited, session activity, and general device/browser information collected automatically when you use the website or dashboard.

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or custody any funds. We never ask for this information and you should never share it with anyone claiming to represent BBI.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used to operate and improve the Services, including to:

• Verify Discord membership and gate access based on role or collection ownership.
• Run raffles and giveaways, determine eligibility, and distribute winnings.
• Maintain leaderboards, currency balances, and win history within the dashboard.
• Communicate updates, announcements, and support responses.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our community rules.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers we rely on to operate the Services (for example, database hosting, application hosting, and spreadsheet/export tooling), bound to use data only to provide those services.
• Public blockchain networks — any wallet address you submit may be visible on-chain by nature of the blockchain itself; this is outside our control.
• Legal authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of BBI and its community.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain accurate raffle and winner records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in Your Rights below, subject to records we are required to keep (for example, winner and payout records for auditability).

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website may use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as light/dark theme, and maintain session state. These do not track you across other websites.
