Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.

Community Access & Membership

Access to Brain Box Intel is gated and tied to ownership of our collections — Badge of Honor (Bitcoin Ordinals) and Cypherbox (Ethereum). We reserve the right to verify collection ownership through connected wallets, to grant or revoke Discord roles accordingly, and to modify eligibility requirements for membership at any time.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Discord server or restrict access to the Services at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or our community rules.

Raffles & Giveaways

BBI operates raffle and giveaway systems ("Virgintool") within its Discord community and website. By entering a raffle, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Entry may require meeting specific eligibility criteria, including role, collection ownership, or wallet-connection requirements.
• Winners are selected according to the mechanics disclosed for each raffle at the time of entry.
• We are not responsible for entries lost due to technical issues, incorrect wallet submissions, or failure to meet stated eligibility requirements.
• Prizes, where applicable, are provided on an as-is basis and are not guaranteed to have any particular monetary value.
• We reserve the right to disqualify entries or void results in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

Digital Assets & No Financial Advice

Nothing on our website, Discord server, or associated channels constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets, including NFTs and cryptocurrencies, are volatile and carry risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions regarding the purchase, sale, or holding of any digital asset.

BBI does not custody user funds or private keys. Any wallet you connect to our Services remains fully under your own control at all times.

Community Conduct

By participating in our Discord server, you agree to follow our community rules and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We do not tolerate harassment, spam, scam attempts, impersonation, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful to other members. Violations may result in warnings, role removal, or a permanent ban at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, logos, and content associated with Badge of Honor, Cypherbox, and the Brain Box Intel name remain the property of BBI or its respective creators. Ownership of an NFT from our collections grants the rights described in that collection's specific licensing terms at the time of mint, and does not by itself grant rights to the BBI brand, website, or other proprietary content.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, third-party platform outages, or actions taken by third parties impersonating BBI.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBI and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
